TERMS AND CONDITIONS
NOTE: YOUR OFFICIAL CONFIRMATION IS SENT OUT PRIOR TO YOUR TRAVEL DATE VIA EMAIL. IT INCLUDES EVERY DETAIL OF YOUR TRIP. DO NOT LEAVE HOME WITHOUT IT!

1- You must meet all of the Terms and Conditions to participate in the promotion. If you are unable to meet the qualifications, or they changed from the time you bought your package, please contact us immediately at 843-272-6480. Guests who travel anyway, and are not qualified, will be responsible for all costs incurred. Call us at 843-272-6480 anytime for assistance.

2- Your hotel accommodations are provided by Quality Vacations, Inc. and the host resort. We utilize standard hotel accommodations which include two (2) double beds that will accommodate up to four people. Hotel Taxes, Resort Fees and a deposit for hotel incidentals are your responsibility and due at the time of hotel check in (check-in normally 4pm/ check-out normally 11am). Additional rooms or accommodation upgrades (where available) are based on availability. Prices are based on season and would be quoted at the time of request.

3- Hotels used do not accept pets, trailers and/or recreational vehicles on their property.

4- Due to seasonal availability of specific premiums and/or lodging, we reserve the right to substitute premiums and lodging of equal or greater value.

5- This prepaid promotion is non-refundable. Failure to meet all Terms and Conditions makes you responsible for all costs incurred.

6- Cancellations or date changes made less than 96-hours prior to your confirmed arrival date will require a $100 cancellation fee. Cancellations or date changes on a major holiday made less than 7-days prior to your confirmed arrival date will require a $100 cancellation fee.

7- Participants must be a permanent resident of the United States or Canada and speak and understand English. Participants must attend the full resort sales presentation that lasts a minimum of 120 minutes.

8- The sales presentation takes place on a day during the promotional stay (excluding the day of arrival and the day of departure). There is no obligation to purchase anything.

9- At most resorts, the minimum age requirement is 28 years of age, however, some resorts require participants to be a minimum of 30 years of age. At least one of the participants must meet the age restriction for the touring location, unless otherwise stated in the official confirmation letter. Refer to your official confirmation letter for all requirements.

10- Participants must be married or cohabiting (with proof of same address) and possess two forms of ID. A valid government-issued photo identification AND a valid personal major credit card. Debit and check cards are not accepted. Single participants are eligible at most touring locations. Please refer to your official confirmation letter. You must not have filed bankruptcy within the last 3 years.

11- Participants must be gainfully employed full-time or retired with a minimum annual income requirement of $60,000 or above, unless otherwise stated in the official confirmation letter.

12- We do reserve the right to change or modify this offer if necessary. Some offers exclude certain cities, states or countries to be eligible for the promotion.

13- Participants that have toured or are owners with the resort developer's properties may not be eligible. This offer may not be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer. Only one promotional package per family, group or friends vacationing with the same, similar or adjoining arrival or departure dates. Please refer to the official confirmation letter for details.
